This Privacy Policy outlines the practices of Teagee Labs ("we," "our," or "us") regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your information when you use any of our mobile applications (each, an "App," and collectively, the "Apps").
By using any of our Apps, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our policies, please do not use the Apps.

Personal Information
Account Information: Your email address and display name (if provided).
Authentication Data: Login credentials managed through Firebase Authentication.
User-Generated Content: Any content you create or submit within the Apps, such as journal entries or saved items.
In-App Purchase Data: Your purchase history, subscription status, and transaction IDs.
Automatically Collected Information
Device Information: Your device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
Usage Data: Details about how you interact with the Apps, including features used and session duration.
Analytics Data: App performance metrics, crash reports, and usage patterns collected through Firebase Analytics.
Technical Data: Your IP address and app version.
Information We Do NOT Collect
We are committed to user privacy and want to be clear about what we do not collect:
Journal entries are NOT used for AI training or model improvement.
We do not collect location data.
We do not access your contacts or photo library (unless you explicitly choose to share content).
We do not collect biometric data.
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
Core Functionality: To create and manage your account, provide App features, save your data across devices, and process in-app purchases.
Communication: To send push notifications about important App updates, reminders, or other relevant information. We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt-in.
Improvement & Analytics: To analyse App usage, improve the user experience, and identify and fix bugs or technical issues.
Legal Compliance: To comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms of Service, and protect our rights.
Data Storage
Your data is stored using Google Firebase services, including Firebase Firestore for user data, Firebase Storage for media, and Firebase Authentication for accounts. Data is stored on secure servers operated by Google Cloud Platform.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:
Encryption: Data is encrypted both in transit (using SSL/TLS) and at rest (using Google's encryption standards).
Authentication: We use Firebase Authentication with industry-standard protocols.
Access Control: We use Firebase Security Rules to restrict data access to authenticated users only.
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data will be removed in accordance with Firebase's default retention policies. Some data may be retained for a longer period if required by law.
Third-Party Service Providers
We share data with the following third-party service providers to perform services on our behalf:
Google Firebase/Google Cloud Platform: For hosting, storage, and analytics.
Apple App Store / Google Play Store: For processing in-app purchases.
OpenAI: For Apps that use AI features. Your data is processed via the API and is not used to train AI models.
These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.

Our Apps are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. If we learn that we have collected such data, we will take steps to delete it as soon as possible.
Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States, where Google's servers are located. By using our Apps, you consent to these transfers. We ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the App or on our website. Your continued use of our Apps after a new policy is posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
This policy applies to all our Apps. App-specific details are noted below.

AI-Generated Insights: Your journal entries are sent to OpenAI's API only when you request insights. Your entries are not used for AI model training.

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Teagee Labs ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") for any mobile application developed and operated by us (each, an "App," and collectively, the "Apps"). Specific features and content for each App are detailed within the App itself or on its App Store listing.
BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING ANY OF OUR APPS, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, OR USE THE APP.

1.1 License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Teagee Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
Download and install the App on devices you own or control.
Use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
Access features and content available within the App.
1.2 License Restrictions
You may not:
Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices.
Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer your rights to the App.
Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent.
Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems.
Share your account credentials with others.
1.3 Ownership
The Apps and all intellectual property rights within them are owned by Teagee Labs. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Teagee Labs.
Account Creation: You may need to create an account to use certain App features. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential.
Account Termination: You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate this Agreement, or if we are required to do so by law.
Purchase Processing: All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms. We do not handle your payment information directly.
Subscriptions: Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
Virtual Currency: Any virtual currency or tokens within an App have no real-world value and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred.
Refunds: All sales are final. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple or Google as per their policies. We can assist with billing errors, but cannot issue refunds directly.
Your Ownership: You retain ownership of all content you create within the Apps.
Limited License to Us: By creating content in the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the App's features to you. We will not share your private content with others, use it for marketing, or use it to train AI models.
Content Standards: You agree not to create or share content that is illegal, harmful, infringes on intellectual property rights, or violates any laws or regulations.
Important Disclaimers
Wellness Disclaimer: Our Apps are for informational and wellness purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Always seek professional help for any mental health concerns.
"AS IS" Basis: The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
AI-Generated Content: Any AI-generated insights are for informational purposes and should not be considered a substitute for professional advice. We do not guarantee their accuracy.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teagee Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Apps.
In no event shall our total liability for all claims exceed the greater of the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim or AUD $100.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
Australian Consumer Law: Nothing in this Agreement excludes or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Privacy Policy: Your privacy is important. Our collection and use of your information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
Third-Party Services: We use third-party services like Google Firebase, Apple, and Google for essential functions. Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for their practices.
Indemnification: You agree to protect and hold us harmless from any claims or expenses that arise from your use of the App or your violation of this Agreement.
Termination: This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your license to use the App ceases upon termination.
Entire Agreement: This EULA and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Teagee Labs.
